This was my most intense VR experience yet. Universe Sandbox 2.

I'd picked up the first game way back in the day and not really spent much time on it. I found it fascinating but the interface was tricky and I never wanted to spend the time getting to know the game.

Fast forward a few years, the sequel is in Early Access and it supports VR. And it's stunning.

This is a little video of me messing around, trying to work out the controls and just what I'm doing. The moment it loads and the planet Earth sits in front of you, the tears nearly flow. It's stunning.

Then of course I accidently blasted the Moon in to it. Never mind I'll spawn another Earth Smile

The moment you spawn a whole star and it fills your view with blinding light.... the sense of scale is amazing. The sense of awe.

Then two stars collide, and a massive nebula forms around me. The framerate goes to crap. I eventually move out of the nebula and spawn the Sun and the Earth. And they're tiny against the nebula.

Gob smacking stuff.

This is a must have for VR.
